Blueberry and Elderflower Dessert Sauce

Good on Pancakes, Cheesecake and Donuts this sauce is super easy to make.

You will need:

2 cups of frozen blueberries
1/4 cup of sugar (or more, this is really to taste, add the sugar slowly and taste every once and a while)
2 tablespoons of St Germain or Elderflower liquor

Over medium heat to medium-high heat put the liquor and the the blue berries in the pan, add half the the sugar. Taste add more sugar as desired to taste. Heat for 5 minutes once desired sweetness is achieved. Pull off the heat, sit for 4 minutes to thicken off heat. Store for up to two weeks!
